SMS Terms
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These SMS Terms describe the text-message program operated by Zillion Research Labs, Inc. (doing business as Constant Employee). By opting in, you agree to these terms. They supplement, and are part of, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Program name
Constant Employee transactional SMS.
What messages you will receive
If you opt in, you will receive transactional messages relating to the appointment you scheduled with the contractor whose business you called. Message types include:
- Booking confirmation โ sent once when your appointment is booked, containing the date, time, address, and arrival window.
- Reminder โ sent up to once before your appointment (when enabled by the contractor).
- Schedule change โ sent if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.
Contractors may also receive operational alerts about new bookings or urgent calls. Those are governed by the same terms.
How to opt in
You opt in by verbally agreeing during your phone call to the contractor's business line. The AI receptionist explicitly asks: "Would you like a confirmation by email, text, or both?" Answering "text" or "both" constitutes your consent to receive SMS at the phone number you provide or that is captured from the call.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by use. Most callers receive 1โ3 messages per booking (confirmation, optional reminder, any change). You will not receive marketing messages.
Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply. Constant Employee does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for plan details.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further messages. To re-enroll, reply START or call the contractor again and opt in verbally.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for support, or email support@constantemployee.com. We respond within one business day.
Supported carriers
Messages are sent to all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sender
SMS messages are sent from a phone number operated by Constant Employee on behalf of the contractor. The message body identifies the contractor by business name (for example: "Conrad's Plumbing confirmed your appointment for Tue May 27 at 9:00 AM."). Replies are delivered to Constant Employee and routed to the contractor where applicable.
Privacy
We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use this information only to deliver the messages you requested and to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated effective date.
